SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Please visit www.bdway.nyc for details about health & safety, exchange & refund policy, contact tracing, and the COVID-19 waiver. This site will be updated frequently as more details become available.

Guests ages 12 and older will need to be Fully Vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine in order to attend a show and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into the theatre with their valid ticket. “Fully Vaccinated” means the performance date must be at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or at least 14 days after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.

Guests ages 5 – 11 may enter the theatre only when (1) accompanied by an adult who is Fully Vaccinated, and (2) presenting ONE of the following:

  • Proof of one dose of an FDA or WHO approved vaccine at least 14 days before the performance date
  • Negative COVID-19 PCR test performed by a medical provider within 72 hours of the performance start time.  The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test.
  • Negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time.  The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test.  This test may be performed by a medical professional or by using an over-the-counter testing kit.

The only exceptions are for guests who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical exception or a sincerely held religious belief. These guests must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time.

Masks are required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn at all times while visiting the Theatre except when eating or drinking in designated areas.

Vaccination and mask guidelines are required for all performances through February 28, 2022. For performances March 1, 2022, and beyond, we anticipate a review of policies which may include a relaxation of certain provisions, a modification or an extension of this policy as dictated by science.
