How long is the show?
HAMILTON is 2 hours 45 minutes including intermission.
Is there an age recommendation?
Since HAMILTON contains some strong language, the show is recommended for ages 10+. Infants are not allowed in the theater. Children 5 years of age and above are permitted but must have their own ticket.

I purchased the cast recording and the disc inside the package was for an entirely different artist. What do I do?
Due to a manufacturing error, a small number of copies of “Hamilton-Original Broadway Cast Recording (Edited)” were shipped containing the incorrect music. If you received an incorrect version, please contact us at HamiltonReplacement@wmgcustomerservice.com with your name and your mailing address, and we’ll ship you a replacement copy at no cost to you.
What items are prohibited in the theatre?
All guests entering the Richard Rodgers Theatre will be screened prior to entry. The items listed below are not permitted. Do not carry any of these items into the security screening area. Items that are confiscated may not be returned. If you are unsure about an item, please don’t bring it with you.
All weapons— including firearms, ammunition, knives, swords, scissors, OC spray (mace)— and any dangerous items are strictly prohibited as are:
- Outside food & beverages
- Large, professional cameras and or video recording equipment
- Flashlights and laser pointers
- Illegal substances
- Noise-making devices and fireworks
The Richard Rodgers Theatre has the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not adhere to this policy.
