Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Recognizing flexibility is key in our guests’ return to Broadway. As a result of COVID-19, Nederlander is implementing an exchange and refund policy for guests of all of its venues in NYC. This policy will provide flexibility in the event a guest may be unable to attend a show due to illness, travel restrictions, or any other circumstances. Our guests may feel confident purchasing tickets in advance knowing this exchange or refund policy is in effect if they cannot attend the date and time originally purchased. How do I avoid fraudulent ticket sellers?

If you see tickets for hundreds or thousands of dollars, you are probably buying from a third-party ticket broker. There is no guarantee these tickets are genuine. For the best seats and best prices, and to eliminate the risk of counterfeit tickets, purchases for all engagements of HAMILTON should be made through the official ticketing venue at the appropriate time.
