Yes. Recognizing flexibility is key in our guests’ return to Broadway. As a result of COVID-19, Nederlander is implementing an exchange and refund policy for guests of all of its venues in NYC. This policy will provide flexibility in the event a guest may be unable to attend a show due to illness, travel restrictions, or any other circumstances. Our guests may feel confident purchasing tickets in advance knowing this exchange or refund policy is in effect if they cannot attend the date and time originally purchased. Please click here for the policy terms and conditions.
If you see tickets for hundreds or thousands of dollars, you are probably buying from a third-party ticket broker. There is no guarantee these tickets are genuine. While it’s tempting to get tickets any way you can, there are many sites and people who are selling overpriced and, in some cases, fraudulent tickets. For the best seats and best prices, and to eliminate the risk of counterfeit tickets, purchases for all engagements of HAMILTON should be made through the official ticketing venue at the appropriate time. All ticket purchases for HAMILTON on Broadway should be made at Ticketmaster.com or BroadwayDirect.com. There is an 8-ticket limit per order. Maximum aggregate ticket limit for performances 9/14/21 – 6/5/22 is 8 tickets.
HAMILTON is 2 hours 45 minutes including intermission.
Since HAMILTON contains some strong language, the show is recommended for ages 10+. Infants are not allowed in the theater. Children 4 years of age and above are permitted but must have their own ticket.
