The Richard Rodgers Theatre was built in 1925 and therefore has no elevators or escalators. If you are sitting in the mezzanine or rear orchestra, please know that you will be required to walk up multiple flights of stairs.
All patrons are required to go through metal detectors. Please allow extra time upon arrival. All guests entering the Richard Rodgers Theatre will be screened prior to entry. The items listed below are not permitted. Do not carry any of the items into the security screening area. Items that are confiscated may not be returned. Due to a manufacturing error a small number of copies of ‘Hamilton-Original Broadway Cast Recording (Edited)’ were shipped containing the incorrect music. If you received an incorrect version, please contact us at HamiltonReplacement@wmgcustomerservice.com with your name and your mailing address and we’ll ship you a replacement copy at no cost to you.
